PRINTING AND COATING Roysons’ rotogravure presses print attractive patterns on an extremely wide range of conversion products for the home furnishing and other industries. High-fashion residential wallcoverings, awnings and pool-liners, decorative decking products, vinyl upholstery, the fine detail of cartoon characters on kids’ finger bandages… we print them all, and a great deal more.
Colors, materials, and coatings Roysons’ wide presses print up to 6 colors in register, while the narrow presses can print up to 8 colors in register. All produce high-quality results on a tremendous variety of substrate materials: vinyl, coated or uncoated paper, coated and uncoated non-woven materials, and fluorocarbon and other non-PVC films. When materials must stand up to demanding environments, as in hospitals and hotels, extra tough abrasion-resistant, stain-resistant coatings can be applied on press. 100% coverage is available on substrates all the way to 80” wide. Your material or ours, your design or ours You can provide the materials for your project or we can provide them for you. We have a range of attractive patterns available that can be customized to your preferences. Or you can bring your own pattern or concept and collaborate with our design specialists to come up with something new. We offer a full-service design studio and high-end strike off machines and digital proofers to ensure that your finished product will fully satisfy your specifications and meet the highest standards of quality, color, and design. We offer both printing and laminating, either together or separately. |
